The place that changed my path.
I spent nearly two decades building a career in the corporate world, moving between countries, roles, and new challenges. It was a life full of opportunity, learning, and adventure, but also one that rarely stood still.
Then I found Villa Solhyllan, and something shifted.
What began as a winter escape for our family quickly became something more. It was love at first sight. Whenever friends and family came to stay, I noticed the same thing happen. People slowed down. Conversations lasted longer. Time felt less rushed.
The more time I spent here, the more I realized this was the life I wanted to create. A place centered around connection, hospitality, nature, and meaningful experiences. Eventually, it inspired me to leave the corporate world and begin a new chapter in the South of France.
Today, it feels incredibly meaningful to share Villa Solhyllan with others. Whether you’re joining us for a holiday, a retreat, offsite or special gathering, I hope you’ll discover the same sense of calm and connection that made me fall in love with this place.
